Breed Standards for the Dutch Shepherd Dog

General Appearance: There are three different coat types: short, wire and rough, but all are considered to be the same breed and all have a woolly undercoat.

Color: Blue-gray, pepper and salt, silver or gold brindle.

Size: Height is 22 – 24 inches and weight is 65 – 67 pounds.

Temperament: This is an affectionate, obedient, tractable breed which is alert, faithful and reliable.
